Storema RZ is a white cabbage with an attractive dark green, balloon-shaped head and a weight range of 1.5 to 4.0 kg. The compact filling leads to high specific weights and excellent long storability. Healthy upright growing plants support an easy harvesting for fresh market and fresh-cut processing. Storema RZ quality has established as standard out of long-term cool storage with low wastage.
