Vigorous and upright
Stabilis RZ is a white cauliflower variety for the fresh market. In the summer, it produces a very white curd with a good weight. The plants have excellent vigour with an upright habit. Stabilis RZ generates a very uniform harvest, and performs best when grown in cold or cool temperatures. Stabilis RZ takes 110 days to mature in spring crops in Southern Europe and 70-80 days in early summer crops in Central and Northern Europe. This variety is suitable for late spring and early summer cultivation in the whole of Europe.
