Tramont RZ is a white cauliflower variety for both the fresh market and pre-pack. It has a very white and dense, slightly lumpy curd resulting in a very attractive appearance. The leaves are a bluish colour. The crop is vigorous and healthy, with an upright habit and strong self-cover. Tramont RZ is easy to manage. It takes 125-135 days to mature in cold areas and 105-120 days in mild areas. Tramont RZ is suitable for late autumn and winter production worldwide.
